With a beautiful wedding oaisis in the big city as your backdrop, candlelight will be carried throughout your event as a cohesive theme during ceremony and reception accompanied by lush flowers, lighting and entertainment fit for a party with your favoriate people.
The overall palette design consist of Almond, Dun, Khaki, Lion, and Chamoisee with Gold accents. This color palette sets the tone for each design element to make a statement and allow your guest to experience your monochromatic wedding to the fullest.
Almond is sophisticated, yet earthy. This combination of brightness and warmth evokes innocence and youth. Like the color beige, almond color conjures a sense of calmness and neutrality in almost every application. This color is a perfect accent to a summer wedding.
Chamoisee is often seen in nature in the rugged beauty of autumn leaves and the timeless appeal of vintage leather goods a warm, earthy brown that evokes the natural tones of chamois leather. This medium-light hue is reminiscent of the soft, supple texture of the leather from which it derives its name. It can be added a an accent for napkins and signage as well.

I like Etsy as an option for you - there are multiple vendors you can use and this option gives you a lot of variety and keeps pricing on this category to a minimum.
The guest welcome table will include sign in item that is unique to Al & Sam. Included in your proposal is a unique trend for voice messages your guests can leave you. We could also do something unique such as have them sign something you can picture in your home for years to come. With your love of cooking we can can collect recipes from guests prior to wedding and have them printed in a book with your engagement photos. From there guests would sign the pages.
If you have a photo of your pet, they could sign it. If you love sports: your sports ball signed by your guests, if you love travel, a map signed would be most fitting or movie lovers - a movie poster for your favorite film. We'll choose the best option for you depending on your personality and hobbies.
Additional Suggestions:
-Photo book with all engagement photos and blank spaces for messages
-Camera for guests to take an instant pictures, print and add to a book with a message
Will be located just inside of main entrance and dual purpose for gifts and sign in.
Guest arrive and are greeted by a water and lemonade stand next to a large welcome sign leading them to the ceremony space to take their seats. Music to heighten the ambiance is playing to welcome guests upon arrival.
As guests pass the main entrance they are emotionally in awe at the scents that welcome them as well as the ceremony cross as a backdrop of the wedding altar in front of them and a candle-lit aisle leading up to it. Ushers will escort guests to their seats. A large acrylic display will outline the program of events and details on participating wedding party and honored guests.
After vows are exchanged, the celebration will begin with cocktails being passed to guest in the foyer infront of the reception spaces. Guests are invited to enjoy the garden area, a cocktail and maybe even have some Amy's ice cream to beat the heat while they wait to be invited into the reception space. Ceremony area to be cordon off for couple, family and wedding party formal portraits as the remainder of the room is flipped for reception.
With this option guest will enter the ceremony space expecting to have to hurry to their seats to witness your union but instead they are welcomed with a cocktail, jazz or R&B vibes and socializing. They then realize that the first event is actually cocktail hour! After enjoying an hour of netowkring, giving hugs, taking pictures and wondering what you'll look like they will be asked to find a seat for the ceremony to begin. Once the cermeony concludes...they'll skip the Texas heat of an outdoor cocktail hour and head straight into the reception space to sign guest book and enjoy taking pictures with you in your 'seated' receiving line.
As guest make their way back inside they are taken back by the unexpected details. The candles are still shining bright, except, now they are accentuated by floral arrangements of alternating heights and textured linens. They are aslo taken in by the varying depth of the room with alternating shaped tables that break up the space and a dance floor that represents an all white, custom accent piece with your initials and wedding date.
Decor will include up to 3 different options for centerpieces with both real and dried florals, pampass grass and candlelight. If you select the Estate Table it will seat up to 20 guests and if you elect to add in the cafe tables, these seat up to 4 guests and can make for an unexpected double-date night for the special guests that get to sit there. By incorporating varying tables in the room we will maximize the space for your guest count and incorporate hi-boy tables for guests to mingle and enjoy socializing in addition to sitting for dinner.
We can also set up a couple booth area. This would be an opporutnity for the newley weds to take a seat and as guests come in they pass them and get the opporutnity to take a picture with you! It garauntees they can have even just a moment with you during the day and even better - your photographer will make sure all of your guests are in at least one photo with you!
Centerpieces will vary based on the table type but all will incorporate florals and candlight. Uplighting will also enhance the dance floor experience.
Your sweetheart table can be in the orientation underneath large chandilier OR the large stage facade and we can incorporate a floral backdrop behind you.
Will leverage use of acrylic pedestals (4x) at the alter and foot of the aisle.
Will leverage use of acrylic pedestals (4x) at the alter and foot of the aisle and bring in 18x cafe tables so guests can enjoy cocktail hour as well as find a seat during the ceremony. The hi-boy tables down the center will be removed prior to the start time of ceremony.
This reception layout includes 1x 20guests table for your VIP guests and 2x cafe tables seating 4 guests each. All rounds seat 10 guests and the smaller rectangles seat 8guests. Hi-boy tables are located throughout for mingling. If you choose ceremony option 1 we would not need the hi-boy tables outside.
This option has a unique layout around the dance floor and still maintains some fun design in the laout behind the dance floor as well. There are more cafe tables and less 10 guest round tables in this option
This layout focuses on your sweetheart table being in direct view of the largest chandilier in the room and changes the orientation. I offers a split view for the 20 guest tables to have the same view. The 20 guest tables are the most expensive option to keep in mind. If you'd like to keep cost low we can switch to a 100% 10 guest round table, those are the least expensive option for seating guests.
Reserved Tables: Estate tables closest to the dance floor, seats 20. On the tables: 2x Tall Pampas Grass centerpieces alternating with low floral arrangements and tea lights.votive candles. Additional options for centerpieces include: re purposing all the large flower balls in this central location or all floating candle cylinder arrangements on a long bed of flower petals.
Cake table: 48" round acrylic pedestal - no linen required.
Guest Tables: Round tables with same linen throughout.
Charger plates at place settings included with napkins and trios of florals throghout.
Will also leverage pillar floral arrangements from ceremony.
Recommending acrylic stands wedding cake. Here are some monchromatic wedding cakes for inspiration.
Linen can be selected once color scheme is approved. Options will be reviewed at that time for final selections.
An unforgettable experience for your guests involves the art of interaction. Whether its with activities to satisfy their sweet tooth such as dessert bars, hot chocolate/ coffee, made to order ice cream sandwiches, or fried churros and oreos stations OR with entertainment that keeps them busy such as slo-motion video booths, photo booths, cigar/martini bars, live bands, live performers, karaoke stations, table games and even ice breakers to get to know each other better. Options are endless. No recommendations have been made to this proposal due to budget restrictions, but if room allows to add on any of these items, just let me know!
After dinner is complete and cake is cut it's time to invite guest to the dance floor. As the lighting change and the mood is set it is time for your first dance as Mr. and Mrs. followed by your individual dances with your parents. While guest are watching they may grab a drink from the bar or try your signature cocktail. It won't be long until the guest join you on the dance floor to dance the night away. This is where it is crucial to have something for guests to get into if your crowd isn't into dancing such as a Newlywed Game or Photo Scavenger Hunt.
I've included a ton of enhancement options for you in your pricing workbook. Everything from a live reggae band for cocktail hour to unique favor ideas. Let me know if interested in adding on any of these options.
Near the end of the evening, I recommend an intimate 'mock' grand exit with just immediate family and wedding party members. We will sneak you away to capture some amazing departure shots and photos in the space on the bridge and just outside the doors of Sans Souci -without your guests ever noticing you're gone -and then you can come back in and party till the last dance.
Departure Toss Ideas:
-Bio-degradable confetti
